AGM | Launch of 3rd Edition of Good Practice Discovery Guide

The Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland will hold its AGM at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday 11 December 2025 in the Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre, Distillery Building, Church Street, Dublin 7, for the following purposes:

1. Report of the Chairperson;
2. Report of the Treasurer and consideration of the Association’s accounts and subscription fees;
3. Appointment and/or re-appointment of members of the Committee;
4. Any other ordinary business that may be brought before the Meeting.

Following the AGM, the Association will launch the publication of its 3rd edition of the CLAI Good Practice Discovery Guide at 5:00 p.m. This will be followed by a drinks reception in the Sheds.

The launch will be in-person only and will be addressed by the President of the High Court, the Hon. Mr. Justice David Barniville.
