The CLAI will host a breakfast briefing on the topic: “Expert Witnesses: From Instruction to Cross-Examination” in the offices of Mason Hayes & Curran at 8.00 a.m. on Thursday 26 February. Registration will commence from 7.30 a.m.
The event will be chaired by the Hon. Mr. Justice Rory Mulcahy, with contributions from Hannah Devoy (Partner, Mason Hayes & Curran) and Bairbre O’Neill SC.
