DESCRIPTION:The Commercial Litigation Association of Ireland will hold its AGM at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday 11 December 2025 in the Dublin Dispute Resolution Centre\, Distillery Building\, Church Street\, Dublin 7\, for the following purposes: \n\nReport of the Chairperson;\nReport of the Treasurer and consideration of the Association’s accounts and subscription fees;\nAppointment and/or re-appointment of members of the Committee;\nAny other ordinary business that may be brought before the Meeting.\n\nFor members who wish to join remotely\, you may do so via Microsoft Teams (Meeting ID: 373 153 556 548 65 / Passcode: Qt2JA3ay). \nFollowing the AGM\, the Association will launch the publication of its 3rd edition of the CLAI Good Practice Discovery Guide at 5:00 p.m. This will be followed by a drinks reception in the Sheds. \nThe launch will be in-person only and will be addressed by the President of the High Court\, the Hon.
