The CLAI will host a breakfast briefing on the topic of delay following the judgment of the Supreme Court in Kirwan v. Connors & Ors [2025] IESC 21.
The event will be held in the Gaffney Room of the Distillery Building, 145-151 Church Street at 8.00 a.m. on Thursday 9 July. Registration will commence from 7.30 a.m.
The event will be chaired by the Hon. Mr. Justice Cian Ferriter, with a talk delivered by Shelley Horan SC.
