The CLAI will host a breakfast briefing on the topic of security for costs following the judgment of the Supreme Court in Sweeney v VHI [2026] IESC 32.
The event will be held in the Gaffney Room of the Distillery Building, 145-151 Church Street at 8.15 a.m. on Wednesday 11 November. Registration will commence from 8.00 a.m.
The event will be chaired by the Hon. Ms. Justice Nessa Cahill, with a talk delivered by Paul Brady SC.
